Sandra Weiss MSW, LSW
Sandra is a Licensed Social Worker using both of her Master’s Degrees in Social Work and Counseling Psychology and over twenty years of experience to assess and support children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. She specializes in helping those experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Executive Functioning or other Processing or Decision- Making/Problem-Solving Concerns, life stress, emotional disturbance, trauma, and mental health challenges.
She supports people on the Autism Spectrum with dynamic intelligence training, individuals in the LGBTQ+ Community via Safe Spaces, and folks living with Developmental Disabilities through multiple NADD, NAMI, and ACA resources. Her clinical internships focused on the value of meditation practices both individually and in group settings, learning how to integrate these practices into clinical settings.
As a Registered Yoga Teacher, she has additional training in Mindfulness with Children, and with people with different abilities. Sandra brings mindfulness into clinical practice through evidence-based, holistic practices. She integrates movement and self-awareness through breath/meditation and yoga into her clinical practice.
