Currently Lois Ehrmann provides
clinical supervision and consultation services to practicing professional
helpers. She has a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from the
Pennsylvania State University as well as specialty tracks in Human Development
and Family Studies and Rehabilitation and Human Servcies. Her experiences
both prior to obtaining her doctorate degree and during her enrollment at PSU
enabled her to qualify for certification related to clinical supervision.
She is an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) through the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE), the organization approved by the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC) to certify elligible professionals for the supervision of professional counselors pursuing licensure and certification. This credential assures that Lois has the qualifications required to provide high quality clinical supervision and consultation in professional development.
In addition to her formal training and her clinical supervision credential, Lois is now an Approved EMDR Consultant (EMDRIA) which means that she is qualified to consult with professionals who have been formally trained in EMDR who are pursuing Certified Clinician stratus. She is also a Certified Therapist in Internal Family Systems through the Center for Self Leadership which means that she can provide consultation in IFS for those post Level 1 clinicians pursuing IFS certification.
Lois also consults with groups of clinicians and agencies in regard to traumatized individuals and persons with attachment struggles.
Clinical Supervision by Karen Hansel MSW. LCSW

Karen is the Clinical Director of CHOICES and provides both individual and group clinical supervision to our staff and some of our interns. In addition she is also qualified and available to provide clinical supervision to candidates who are pursuing their clinical social work license as well as some of the supervision hours for candidates pursuing the license as a professional counselor.
Karen has received formalized training and supervision of her supervision practices thus completing the requirements for the certification as an approved clinical supervisor (ACS). Karen also has certification as an EMDR Certified Clinician and is formally trained in Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Attachment Therapy, Couples Therapy, systemic family therapy
